User - by accessing any part of our site you become a user
Member - by registering you become a member
You /your - the user, member of the our site
Blog- the weblog provided by us
Material - any material published on our site including text, images and graphics of any nature whatsoever, regardless of whether the copyright or any other intellectual property rights rest with us or a third party
Users and members are bound by this user agreement. You must read, agree with and accept all of the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by this User Agreement, you may not use or access any part of our site.
Terms & conditions
As a user or member you may comment on any published articles and topics on the basis that you accept and will comply with the terms and conditions set out below.
As a member you are allowed to submit your own posts on the basis that you accept and will comply with the following terms and conditions:
When submitting a comment you will be asked to give your email address and a name. The email address you supply must be valid and personal to you. Your email address will not be published on the blog.
To publish a new post, you must register and become a member - you may choose a username which, together with your password, will be emailed to you. As a member you may login and post your article in the appropriate category. As a registered member, you can change your password, update your profile & edit your posts.
You may contribute to the blog on the basis that you accept the following terms:
- You are solely responsible for your own posts and comments
- Your posts and comments must be written in English
- Your posts and comments must be appropriate to the subject or category and are not off-topic material
- You will not submit the same post or comments to more than one category
- You do not post contact or personal information about another individual
- No spamming is allowed - links and urls submitted by you are for the benefit of others
- You will not link to the same site more than once per comment or post
- Your posts and comments must be civil and tasteful - they must be constructive and polite, not mean-spirited or with the intention of causing trouble
- No material you post is harassing, abusive, threatening, unreliable, false, misleading or otherwise objectionable
- No material you post is breaching any applicable law, whether criminal, tortuous or otherwise
- No material you post could infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity - it is your responsibility to observe copyright
- You will not use impersonation or more than one name
- You will not post any material blatantly to advertise any merchandise, service, web site or commercial activities
- You will not use any active script or coding; make repetitive posts; or attempt any other actions that interfere with site operations
- You follow any advice, tips, ideas and other information at your own risk
- You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these only for your own personal use
- You warrant that any material that you submit to our blog is free from viruses and will not have any detrimental or contaminating effect upon this web site and/or any users or members.
All users & members accept that:
- All articles, posts and comments are the subjective opinions of our users and members.
- We do not pre-screen any material posted on the blog
- We are not responsible nor do we accept any liability for any material supplied and posted on the blog
- We may refer to articles, material and publishing in the media and other publications
- We do not guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy or safety of any material published or posted
- We do not accept any liability for any losses (financial, physical, health) as a result of reading and/or following anything on the blog
- We are firmly opposed to spamming and will take any action available within the law to prosecute anyone so doing
- We reserve the right to remove any material posted on the blog without any notice
- We reserve the right to exclude users from accessing this blog or our site and we may report them to the appropriate organisations
- We reserve the right to amend or delete any of our member’s Personal Profile information that we think inappropriate
Intellectual property & copyright
You acknowledge that all copyright, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to Forlook (including the material which is contributed by users) are owned by us.
You may not copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from our site, or any of the material which is found on our site unless properly licensed to do so by us.
You forego any claim to the intellectual property rights, present or future, in any material that you submit to our site and grant us the right to the royalty-free use of any such submission in any way that we think fit. If you are a member you may edit or delete your own posts.
Breach of this agreement
If, for any reason, we believe that you have not complied with any of this User Agreement, we may, solely at our discretion, immediately cancel your use or access to our site and without giving you any advance notice.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any member’s access to our site, and/or to edit, or require the member to edit, material posted on our blog if the relevant member or material appears to us to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement. Any person whose membership has been suspended or terminated must not attempt to re-register without our prior consent.
We reserve the right to exclude any person from our site whose membership has been suspended or terminated. Users who violate any part of this agreement or behave in any way that we consider inappropriate will be excluded from accessing our site and may be reported to the appropriate organisations.
